If Hedi Slimane was doing jumpsuits, Americana and fur coats for men at Saint Laurent in the 70s it might look something like this. Its more Brady Bunch, less Fresh Prince - will a look to the 70s finally kill the 90s?

PARIS COUTURE AUTUMN WINTER 2014
I really love the couture shows because from my personal standpoint, they're all about artistry, the designer's (and their atelier's) skill level and the fantasy of fashion. For this reason I don't look at it so much as how wearable it would be, but at the same time I'm not a big fan of modern art and I think a dress is a dress. Here are all the couture shows that were listed on British Vogue's runway section.
Alexandre Vauthier
I like this because I think its very wearable and chic but I don't really see the couture element. Most of this could easily pass for ready-to-wear.

MENSWEAR SS15 COLLECTIONS: 7 KEY TRENDS, WHAT WHO WHERE
I have a love/hate relationship with trends. On the one hand I'm a firm believer that style trumps fashion, ever since I discovered mine this year, but I love to see what is new and exciting every season as well. Trends definitely influence they way I dress, I just hate the idea of buying something today and it being old news tomorrow. I never buy something I don't genuinley love and know I'll wear the hell out of. That aside, I like to be adventurous and try new things and its always good to update your style and keep it current, so thats where the SS15 collections come in. From London, to Milan, to Paris, the SS15 menswear collections have landed. I ran through and picked the best looks from the shows which you can see in the links above. Now, here's the digest; what the seven key trends that I picked up from all of the shows were, who showed them and where you could wear them. What, Who, Where!
What: EARTH TONES
Who: Fendi, Bottega Veneta, Issey Miyake, Missoni
Where: Anywhere, festivals
I'm starting with one of my favourites. This is a really nice way to embrace a closer-to-nature, less city click/sophisticated look whilst still being really beautiful and modern. Sand and rock or water - which do you choose?

CHANEL FALL WINTER 2014/2015 HAUTE COUTURE SHOW
Every year the couture shows roll around, bringing with them a chance to see the true artistry of iconic fashion designers. Never mind that 99% of the population would never be able to afford couture (myself sadly included), its the fantasy of the thing thats so beguiling. Here is the full Chanel show, featuring Kendall Jenner walking in her couture debut.

PARIS MENSWEAR COLLECTIONS SS15: THE BEST LOOKS
Ah, Paris. One of my favourites cities in the world... So how cruel that I must look at all the shows online, sitting in my room in rainy Britain. Le sigh, c'est la vie! Here is the third and final instalment of the SS15 Menswear Collections; they started in London, moved to Milan, then finished up in Paris. The latter were my favourites, I'm not totally sure which was my number one yet but I plan on doing a summary post to analyse the top trends seen, watch this space! On with the show(s)...
3.1 Phillip Lim
Its always nice to start with a bit of 3.1 Phillip Lim. This is a good mix of contemporary tartan ('cos thats a thing now), the geometric trend, and metallics! I especially like the gently clashing prints on the second look.

MILAN MENSWEAR COLLECTIONS SS15: THE BEST LOOKS
Following on from LCM (see my favourite collections here) we now have the menswear collections in Milan! Theres a couple more recognisable names here than in London and overall I think I preferred the Milan shows to London's. Anyway, without further adieu, my favourite of the Milan Menswear Collections, SS15!
Antonio Marras
The newsprint shirt reminds me of Carrie's newspaper dress in Sex And The City and I love the other prints. Like in London, geometrics and graphics seem to be making a big impact on the Milan menswear collections.

LCM SS15: THE BEST LOOKS
Over the past week I've been scouring Vogue.co.uk's photos from the London Collections: Men catwalks shows. There was a lot to love, and a little to discard and pretend I never saw (not naming names) so here are my favourites looks from most of the London shows! Grab a cup of coffee, some biscuits, maybe a three course meal because there are TONS of photos here. Lets begin:
Tiger of Sweden
I'm still learning a lot about fashion and the industry so I won't pretend to know a lot of the designers here, and Tiger of Sweden is one of them. I liked the boxy tailoring throughout their collection and the simplicity of the block colours and classic pinstripes.
